Atlas provides AI-powered business opportunity recommendations based on user-selected regions, filters, and input prompts. The service analyzes data and returns personalized business opportunities tailored to user requirements.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Atlas, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Atlas and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atlas operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
